Painter's Restaurant is an inn, a restaurant, and a art gallery. Painter's Restaurant opened its doors in October of 1985 in the old Storm King Theater. We've since moved across the street to what was formerly the Cornwall Inn.
Our eclectic menu offers Italian, Japanese, Mexican and American fare, served in a casual atmosphere. We blend local seafood, meat and produce to create something to please every palate. Painter's menu changes seasonally, and we have new Blackboard Dinner Specials every other week.
To complement your meal, choose a wine from our simple yet elegant list (available by the bottle or glass) or one of more than 100 beers from around the world. One of the largest selections in the world. Enjoy an after-dinner drink in our Gallery bar, which features premium liquors in a quiet atmosphere.
