BD + B believes that an integral part of its mission is to educate its clients on how they can best incorporate renewable resources in their projects to promote a healthier lifestyle, minimize the environmental impact, and maximize the economic benefits. As part of its commitment to building green, BD + B has also created the Green Roofs Project which is designed to transform barren roofs into thriving urban farms. BDB designs/builds these spaces and works with local providers to create urban farms on the roofs of both commercial and residential buildings.
