Petite Fleury Bakery

Petite Fleury Bakery is located in the Old Mill Basin section of Brooklyn. Head Baker Laurie Williams-Fleury often traveled to Brooklyn's downtown Farmers Market to purchase organic European style breads such as Baguettes, Country Loaves and pastries for her family.

A passionate baker, Laurie always dreamed of opening a bakery that offered such products closer to home. Petite Fleury Bakery is committed to baking fresh from scratch daily. Our loaves are hand shaped in addition to using a long fermentation process which develops maximum flavor.

We use natural and organic ingredients and at the end of the day, we donate any unsold baked goods to local area charities and soup kitchens.
