A professional musician offering drum lessons, gigs, repairs and other services in the Brooklyn, New York area.
Originally born in Dallas, Texas, I began studying music at an early age. After attending the University of North Texas pursuing a degree in Jazz Studies I relocated to Brooklyn, New York to further pursue my musical and teaching career.
I play regularly in the New York area and enjoy teaching dedicated students from all ages and levels. I was fortunate enough to have studied extensively with Ed Soph, Ari Hoenig, Dan Weiss, Ganesh Kumar, and Miles Okazaki.
I am fluent in all musical styles, especially: Jazz, Funk, Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B, Electronic music, Drum n Bass, Salsa and other Afro-Cuban styles, Brazilian (Samba/Bossa Nova as well as north eastern folkloric), and South Indian.
