West Indian American Day Carnival Association (WIADCA) WIADCA's mission is to promote, develop and celebrate West Indian/Caribbean culture, arts, history, contributions and traditions through year-round programs, which culminate with a week-long display of festivities and a grand finale New York Caribbean Carnival. WIADCA is a non-profit, 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization of experienced and skilled business and community representatives from within the tri-state area.
